All services are provided by licensed and certified professionals in accordance with applicable health and safety regulations.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
Minors under 18 may use our services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
4. Account Registration
To book appointments and use certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

- Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Booking and Appointments
5.1 Appointment Scheduling
Appointments can be made through our website, phone, or WhatsApp. All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.
5.2 Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost
- No-shows will be charged the full service amount
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances
5.3 Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or rescheduling, at our discretion. Full charges will apply.
6. Payment Terms
6.1 Pricing
All prices are listed in Turkish Lira (₺) and are subject to change without notice. Promotional offers are valid for a limited time and subject to availability.
6.2 Payment Methods
We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and other secure payment methods. Payment is required at the time of service or as specified for advance bookings. All transactions are processed securely through our trusted payment processor.
6.3 Payment Security
All payments are processed securely through industry-standard encryption and security protocols. We do not store your complete payment card information on our servers.
7. Refund Policy
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Our refund policy is as follows:
- Service Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with a service, please inform us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns
- Refund Requests: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of service and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis
- Prepaid Services: Prepaid services are refundable within 14 days of purchase if unused
- Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable
- Promotional Offers: Special promotional services may have different refund terms as specified at the time of purchase

- Follow all facility rules and staff instructions
- Not engage in any inappropriate or disruptive behavior

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate your appointment if you engage in inappropriate conduct, with no refund provided.
